BSA - Broadcasting Standards


Formal complaints about broadcasting standards must be based around the provisions of a Code of Broadcasting Practice. This is a requirement of the Broadcasting Act.

Periodic reviews of the various codes of broadcasting practice will be undertaken as necessary. The overall aim of code reviews is to produce codes which are relevant, robust and easily understood by broadcasters and viewers.

Complaints about broadcasting must be based on these codes. See Making a complaint
