FAQs

How do I know if radio will work for my business?

Radio works best when you sell something a lot of people might want, when your customers live or work within a reachable region, and when you can run for at least 8-12 weeks. If you're a café, tradie, retailer, dealership, clinic, or local service, you're in the sweet spot.

Do I need a fancy ad? What if I sound terrible on air?

You don't go on air, we do. Our inhouse studio writes the script and records it with a professional voice. Most small business ads are 30 seconds long. You'll hear it and approve it before it runs anywhere.

What's the smallest I can start with?

Around $500 a week for four weeks on one station in one region. Anything smaller and the repetition is too thin to land. Radio only works when people hear you often enough to remember you, and we’re the experts at that.

Can I advertise in just one region?

Most of the time, yes you can. Our stations split advertising into regional markets so you can buy just the areas you want. Have a chat with us to find out more.

What if I want to stop or change the ad halfway through?

You can pause or swap the creative with reasonable notice, typically a week. We'll help you reshape things if something isn't landing. This isn't a set-and-forget contract, we’ve got you.
